Project Coordinator NSW

We are looking for:

  • The person to become our main, post-sale customer service representative to maintain client contact from the time an order is placed, through to its final delivery and installation on site. The scope of projects vary in size and complexity from multi-floor commercial fit-outs to smaller, boutique-scale and residential installations. The name of the game in this role is to outperform client expectations by providing a seamless experience from start to finish.

    In this role, you will liaise with Site Managers, clients, third party support teams as well as our own internal Sales & Operations teams making sure everybody is kept informed about any order’s status at any step of the delivery process.

    A good knowledge of furniture componentry, materials and finishes would be advantageous but not essential.

    Based at our warehouse Operations Hub, you will work in close association with our Supply Chain Manager, with the support of our Installation Supervisor and Warehouse Coordinator.
