ORDER PROCESSING
On receipt of your online order, an email will be sent confirming your order is being processed.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & COLLECTION INFORMATION
After our initial acknowledgment, ownworld will be in touch with a Tax Invoice, which confirms your purchase is available for collection.
For NSW collections, please allow up to two (2) business days to receive confirmation that your purchase is available for collection.
For VIC collections, please allow up to five (5) business days for your order to be received into ownworld’s Collingwood Showroom. Once received, ownworld will confirm that your purchase is available for collection.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
Standard NSW & VIC metro deliveries will take between 2–8 business days.
Standard delivery to all other Australian metro locations will take between 5–15 business days.
ownworld does not offer international shipping and is unable to deliver to PO Boxes and freight forwarding locations.
The standard delivery times quoted above are estimates only and may be exceeded during peak periods and unforeseeable circumstances.
Deliveries are made between Monday–Friday, 9am — 5pm and we are unable to nominate specific times or offer phone calls prior.
ownworld uses a range of postal and courier services depending on the delivery location. The name of the chosen service will be supplied together with any associated tracking information once dispatched.
