Bayou

The Bayou collection by MR.FRÄG for Swiss Design is a highly configurable ‘work-soft’ meeting system designed to foster relaxed, contemplative environments. Drawing inspiration from the gentle flow of a bayou, the collection comprises seating, tables, ottomans and screens that come together to create harmonious, fluid forms.

With variable lengths and gentle angles, Bayou defines spaces as an archipelago of interconnected elements. The system includes both short and long segments, as well as 120° angled modules, allowing for versatile configurations. Metal features are powder coated with a warm, textured tone, and freestanding soft diffused screens provide a sense of privacy and seclusion.

The modular system is complemented by coffee tables, side tables and planters, which work alongside casual sofas to create areas for waiting, resting and meeting. Effortless smooth lines and a texturally rich material palette describe this collection, making it suitable for various settings that encourage collaboration and comfortable communication.
